His consulting practice includes market and feasibility studies, appraisals, development strategies, litigation support, and other services associated with the tourism and hospitality industries. He has completed projects across Canada and the Caribbean.

Brian brings 35 years of commercial real estate experience and has specialized in the valuation of hospitality assets for 30 years. Brian has completed assignments across a wide range of assets including major downtown hotels, resorts, conference centers, and limited service properties. He has acted for Canadian, Asian, European and US lenders, private owners, publicly traded companies, institutions, and government bodies. Both valuations and studies have been prepared for financing, accounting and regulatory purposes, due diligence, realty tax appeals, and litigation.
