As Senior Vice President, Jessi Carrier leads brokerage and debt placement for Colliers Hotels and is responsible for transaction origination and execution, financial underwriting, and other value-add services. With over 15 years of experience in real estate and finance, he brings a unique dimension to Colliers Hotel Practice Group with his comprehensive background in several investment disciplines, in particular hotels, restaurants, and related industries. Since joining Colliers in 2014, Jessi has been involved in more than $4 billion of lodging transactions across Canada and the Caribbean, offering clients across North America access to active and emerging capital sources as well as the hotel lending and branding community.
