Aaron Laurie, Area Vice President, Canada Development, leads Marriott’s development efforts in Central and Eastern Canada. Aaron has an extensive background focused on hospitality development, branding, real estate feasibility, and asset management. Prior to joining Marriott in 2019, Aaron held Asset Manager and Consultant roles across Canada and the Middle East at Pomeroy Lodging, IFA Hotel Investments, and HVS. Aaron received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph, School of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
