Sameer (Sam) Gulamani is Managing Director and General Counsel for Bayview Group. Sameer handles acquisitions, financing, development approvals, and leads Bayview's residential and commercial leasing operations. Prior to joining his family business, Sameer worked in commercial financing and completed his articles at a boutique law firm specialized in real estate. Sameer enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, cycling, and volunteering his time for causes related to access to small business financing and alternative dispute resolution.
