Tyler is Senior Vice President at Oxford Properties, a leading global real estate investor, developer, and manager. He leads the strategic direction and execution of Oxford’s North American Hotels platform, and oversees its U.S. Office, Life Sciences, and Residential portfolios.
Oxford’s hotel portfolio consists of approximately 3,500 hotel rooms across a range of luxury urban and resort properties, including iconic assets such as the Fairmont Banff Springs and the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.
Since joining Oxford in 2012, Tyler has played a key leadership role across investment, development, and asset management within the Hotels business. His experience spans portfolio strategy, capital deployment, and operational oversight across multiple asset classes.
Before Oxford, Tyler was with a Toronto-based real estate consultancy, advising clients across Canada, Central America, and the Caribbean on valuation, feasibility, and asset management matters.
He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and a postgraduate certificate in Real Property Valuation from the UBC Sauder School of Business. He is based in Toronto.
