Lilli Chiu is an AVP/Senior Risk Consultant for the Risk Services Division in Canada. She brings over 20 years of experience in occupational health and safety consulting and commercial insurance risk management. She has an extensive background working in regulatory compliance and risk management consulting with a variety of companies in transportation, manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality. She currently co-leads a team of risk consultants focused on the transportation and commercial fleet industry. She also participates with a team of consultants focused on healthcare and hospitality sectors to specialize in the unique exposures to
these industries. She develops a wide range of consulting services in all sectors of business to identify and control workplace hazards and organizational exposures to reduce a client’s overall total cost of risk. Prior to joining HUB, Lilli worked in various organizations including the healthcare industry managing worker’s compensation claims and workplace safety, which led into risk control consulting for a Top 5 property and casualty commercial insurance carrier. Most recently, Lilli was the V.P. of Loss Prevention & Safety with a start-up MGA and responsible for establishing the company in Canada. Lilli has an integral role with the Risk Services Division that serves as a resource for the brokerage operations providing risk control, compliance, safety, and employee health and wellness, to HUB’s clients.
