Linas Saplys is the managing Director of Architecture & Planning Initiativesestablished in 2010 is headquartered in Oakville Ontario. Linas holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Toronto(1979). As a member of the Ontario, Manitoba & SaskatchewanArchitects Associations he has provided development, planning and architectural consulting services to thedevelopment and construction community and particularly the hospitality sector across Canada for more than 30 years.

Linas has been associated with a number of prestigious architectural, planning and development consulting practices in both Toronto & Ottawaas project architect and senior project manager and has been involved in the design of over a billion dollars of construction. His administrative, managementand design expertisehas contributed to a wide range of successful hospitality/residential projects across the country.

Linas has recently concentrated inorganizing and guiding his Team on complex mixed use and retrofit developments. Revitalizations, retrofits and renovationson rebranding’s and re-positioning of older hospitality product in today’s market across Canada, has fostered a new wave of activity befitting the talents and experience of Linas and his hands on approach to hospitality development.
