Brian Stanford is a Director with PKF Consulting in Toronto. Brian has been with the firm since 1980. He has worked extensively within the hotel and resort sector nationally in undertaking numerous operational reviews, development studies and appraisals on behalf of owners, developers and lenders. Brian has also been responsible for the majority of the major portfolio work undertaken by PKF. He also plays a key role in the preparation of PKF’s industry outlooks. Mr. Stanford has acquired the Certified Management Consultant designation and is one of only eleven Canadian’s who have been accepted into the International Society of Hospitality Consultants.
